Institutional Partnerships Manager – Education

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month

Experience: 2–6 years preferred | Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Partnerships Manager to develop and close partnerships with colleges and educational institutions across Bangalore.

The candidate will independently manage the complete B2B partnership cycle — prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and meet management, principals, placement heads and senior decision-makers.
- Identify and generate new institutional business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust college/institutional relationships.
- Present partnership proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert prospects into successful institutional tie-ups.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong business pipeline.
- Coordinate internally for implementation of closed partnerships.




- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of relevant B2B / Institutional Sales / Partnerships experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads and independently close deals.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits across Bangalore.
- Existing connections within the education/college ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of working independently.

Mandatory Languages Kannada + English + Hindi

Candidates with experience in Institutional Sales, EdTech, Education Sales, B2B Business Development, College Partnerships, Corporate Tie-ups or Strategic Partnerships will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
