Role & responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise merchants, building and nurturing long-term strategic relationships.

Own and manage a portfolio of large retail and enterprise accounts, ensuring high merchant satisfaction and business growth.

Develop a deep understanding of each merchant's business, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and create long-term value.

- Leverage knowledge of the Indian retail ecosystem to recommend tailored payment and commerce solutions for merchants.

Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of Paytm's products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and superior merchant experience.

Continuously identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while protecting them from competitive penetration.

- Monitor account performance, merchant engagement, and key business metrics to drive sustainable growth.





Preferred candidate profile Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in enterprise account management, preferably managing large retail or key merchant accounts.

Strong network within the Indian retail or enterprise ecosystem with the ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities.

Experience in cold calling, lead generation, pre-sales, and business development.

Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders while driving revenue and merchant satisfaction.
