Role Description The Store Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Farmson’s facility in Vadodara.

The Store

Officer will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and storing materials, components, and finished goods in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment, and ensuring proper documentation for material movement.



The role involves preparing and processing purchase and material requisitions, conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting audits and compliance reviews.

The Store

Officer will collaborate closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and safe, organized storage practices.

Qualifications: BA, B.COM Or Material Management

- Strong skills in stock control and stock management with attention to accuracy and record-keeping.
- Practical experience in inventory control and inventory management within manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
- Ability to create, review, and process purchase orders, coordinating effectively with procurement and vendors.
- Knowledge of store procedures, material handling, and compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management software and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, numerical aptitude, and the ability to work methodically under time constraints.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field; experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry is an advantage.
