Key Responsibilities:Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. Supervise, motivate, and manage store staff effectively.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity. Drive sales and take initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management. Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Prepare and monitor daily/weekly sales reports and store performance.





Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall store performance. Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.

Candidate

Profile:Previous experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager preferred. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Positive communication and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented with a strong focus on increasing sales.

Ability to manage staff and store operations independently. Energetic, disciplined, responsible, and result-oriented. What We’re Looking For:Someone who can take ownership of the store, control and develop the team, improve customer experience, and consistently increase sales.
