About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material movement, documentation, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, transfer, and return materials .
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper GRN, stock registers, issue slips, transfer notes, and inventory records .
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Operations teams.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired stock.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports .
- Ensure proper use of ERP/Inventory Management Software and MS Excel .
- Support internal and external stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

Candidates with experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, FMCG, Manufacturing, Poultry, Food Processing, or related industries will be preferred.
