Role Description The Store Manager role at 99 Pancakes is a full time on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Store

Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and motivation to ensure efficient and smooth service. This role manages inventory, coordinates with suppliers, and maintains quality and hygiene standards in line with company guidelines.

Manager is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, handling customer queries or concerns,



and driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring store performance, maintaining compliance with safety and operational policies, and preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused abilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with guests, leading teams, and coordinating with management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and daily operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Previous experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and standard office tools; familiarity with sales reporting is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
