- Slow-Moving Stock: Identify, report and manage obsolete, slow-moving and non-moving inventory. Coordinate with engineering and finance for disposal or write-off as per company policy. Minimize dead stock and optimize warehouse space utilization. Supplier &
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, projects, and suppliers for material availability. Support vendor development and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure timely communication on stock status and delivery schedules.
What experiences are key to success in this job? • Stores/Warehouse Management: 3+ years experience in technical stores management, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG industry
- Inventory Management & Control: Experience with stock management, ABC analysis, reorder level management
- ERP Systems: Working knowledge of SAP MM module or equivalent ERP systems
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical spare parts and engineering materials
- Team Leadership: Experience in supervising store staff and coordinating with multiple departments
- Compliance: Experience with internal audits, stock verification and documentation standards
