Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Dark Store In-Charge to manage end-to-end dark store operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in dark store operations and rider hiring/management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the dark store.
- Handle inventory management, stock accuracy, inward/outward, reconciliation, damages, and wastage.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Manage rider hiring, onboarding, attendance, and daily allocation.
- Ensure adequate rider availability based on order volume.
- Monitor rider productivity and last-mile delivery performance.
- Coordinate with riders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLA.
- Manage store staff and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
- Track inventory variance, order fulfillment, cancellation, and delivery metrics.




- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with central operations teams.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and overall operational discipline.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 months5 years of experience in Dark Store / Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Warehouse / Last Mile Operations.
- Must have dark store experience.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations.
- Rider hiring and rider management experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Experience managing store staff and delivery riders.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile Operations will be preferred.
