Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Raw Material, General and Finished Goods Stores.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification, storage and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels and ERP entries.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot traceability and material identification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Sales and Dispatch for material movement and requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure timely issue of raw materials against production requirements and proper return of unused materials.
- Manage Finished Goods storage, identification, stock records and dispatch coordination.
- Conduct and coordinate periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, storage practices and 5S within all stores.
- Maintain stores-related documentation and support ISO audits and compliance requirements.

Good Computer proficiency

Gujarati, English, Hindi.
