Job Purpose:

Responsible for the smooth and efficient management of store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, recording, and controlling materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.

Job Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain all store materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Receive materials as per PO and invoice, verify quantity/quality, and mark part numbers.
- Share photos of received materials in the designated WhatsApp group.
- Issue materials to the maintenance team only against MR Slip and Job Card.
- Prepare job cards and maintain accurate records of all material issues and returns.
- Collect old/replaced parts from mechanics when issuing new parts.
- Issue tools/machines and ensure proper return and records.
- Maintain daily shift-wise store reports and close invoices in the software.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, quick-moving, damaged,



missing, or defective items to the Store Manager.
- Keep defective/warranty materials separately for replacement or further action.
- Maintain the store in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Participate in monthly stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all company procedures for material control, documentation, and store safety.
- Knowledge of 5S process, Bus Spare parts, stock check, Mail Correspondence, MS-Excel Knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
