Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials, tools, and equipment; ensure compliance with company store procedures and safety standards.

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.

- Verify materials received against purchase orders and invoices.

- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely material replenishment.

- Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Accounts, and Site teams.

- Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and timely availability of materials at the project site.
