Job Summary

We are looking for Stewarding Staff to support the smooth operation of our airline catering facility by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and safety.

The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, catering equipment, work areas, and supporting the food production team as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, trays, containers, and catering equipment.
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, washing areas, storage areas, and other assigned work areas.
- Follow company hygiene, sanitation, food-safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen and food-production team by ensuring clean equipment and utensils are available on time.
- Segregate and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Handle cleaning materials and chemicals safely as instructed.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Follow HACCP and other applicable food-safety and hygiene practices.
- Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or hygiene issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with loading, unloading, arranging, and storing catering equipment when required.
- Maintain cleanliness during and after production operations.




- Work efficiently during peak flight schedules and meet operational deadlines.
- Perform any other stewarding or catering-related duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Eligibility
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; previous experience in hotel, catering, kitchen, housekeeping, or food-service operations will be an advantage.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning and support activities.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ready to work according to airline/flight catering operational requirements.
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene, safety, security, and grooming standards.
