Role Description The Sterile System Design and Estimation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The role involves designing sterile systems and related mechanical and electrical components, preparing detailed system architecture and layouts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project requirements, developing design calculations and technical drawings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing cost estimates and bill of materials for proposals.

The engineer will evaluate technical specifications, support installation and commissioning plans,



and participate in design reviews to optimize system performance. The position also requires documentation of designs, maintaining accurate project records, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical needs and constraints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Systems Design and Systems Engineering for sterile and industrial applications.
- Candidates should possess competencies in System Architecture to develop integrated, scalable, and compliant system layouts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mechanical Engineering for the design of equipment, piping, and structural elements.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings, use CAD or similar design software, and perform basic engineering calculations.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
