We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professional to develop and grow our business in the Paints, Coatings and Printing Inks industries.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop and manage customers across the Paints, Coatings and Printing Ink industries
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
n
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
n
- Drive sales from lead generation through order closure
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from our portfolio
n
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and technical teams for smooth order execution
n
- Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activities
n
- Identify recent customers, applications and market opportunities
n




- Achieve business development and sales targets
n

- Specialty Chemicals

What We're Looking for:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales / business development experience
n
- Existing customer network within Paints, Coatings or Printing Ink manufacturers
n
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
n
- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop business opportunities
n
- Experience in chemicals, pigments, additives or related industries will be an advantage
n
