Role Description The Startup Intern – Driver Relationship Manager will support on-the-ground operations and help build strong, long-term relationships with drivers in Bengaluru South. This internship role is on-site and involves meeting drivers, onboarding them to the platform, explaining processes and policies, and addressing their questions or concerns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating driver communications, collecting feedback, helping resolve basic operational issues, and maintaining accurate records of driver interactions.





The intern will also assist in organizing small meetings or training sessions, supporting field activities, and providing input to improve driver experience and engagement. This is an internship position designed for individuals interested in startup environments, mobility solutions, and hands-on operational work.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with drivers.
- Ability to manage basic operations and documentation, including maintaining organized records and using mobile or web-based tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-ground challenges calmly and professionally.
- Comfort with fieldwork and on-site interactions in Bengaluru South, including basic knowledge of local areas.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with local languages used in Bengaluru is highly beneficial.
- Interest in startups, mobility, and customer or partner relationship management.
- Availability to work on-site during agreed hours; prior internship or field experience is an advantage but not required.
