About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Staffing Delivery Manager / Senior Manager who has a proven track record of delivering IT staffing requirements through a strong network of recruitment agencies, staffing partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Network & Strategy

- Own and develop the company's staffing partner ecosystem, including recruitment agencies, staffing companies and specialized technology recruitment partners.
- Build a scalable partner strategy based on technology skills, geography, client requirements, partner capability and historical performance.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard current partners to address gaps in the existing partner network.
- Segment partners into strategic, active, developing and low-performing categories and define appropriate engagement strategies for each.
- Build strong relationships with key recruitment partners and make the company a preferred client for high-performing agencies.
- Develop strategies to increase active partner participation, requirement coverage and partner productivity.

Staffing Delivery & Fulfillment
- Own end-to-end delivery of staffing requirements through the partner network, from requirement allocation through submission, interview, selection and joining.




- Translate client requirements into clear and actionable search parameters for recruitment partners.
- Allocate requirements to the right partners based on skill, capability, location, urgency and past performance.
- Drive partners to deliver against agreed submission, interview and closure targets.
- Personally intervene in critical or difficult requirements and work directly with partners to accelerate delivery.
- Ensure sufficient partner coverage for high-volume and niche technology requirements.
- Monitor ageing requirements and develop action plans for positions that are not progressing.

Partner Performance Management
- Establish and monitor partner performance metrics including:
- Requirement coverage

Quality & Delivery Control Commercials & Partner Management

- Negotiate and manage partner commercials, margins, terms, SLAs and engagement models.

- 15–18 years of experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, recruitment services or a closely related business.
- Proven experience in delivering staffing requirements through external recruitment agencies/partners.
- Demonstrated track record of closing positions through a partner/vendor network, not just managing an internal recruitment team.
- Strong existing understanding of the recruitment agency and staffing partner ecosystem.
- Experience in building, activating and managing a network of recruitment partners.
- Strong understanding of how to motivate partners to prioritize and work on requirements.
