About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant with strong hands-on experience in US Accounting, preferably supporting dental practices, healthcare organizations or multi-location medical practices. The ideal candidate should have experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US dental practices.
- Maintain General Ledger and accounting records.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage AP and support AR activities.
- Reconcile patient payments and insurance receivables where applicable.
- Record and reconcile practice revenue and collections.
- Prepare and review P&L; and Balance Sheet reports.
- Support month-end and year-end close.
- Investigate account discrepancies.
- Support payroll-related accounting and expense analysis.




- Coordinate with practice managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support audit requirements.
- Ensure accurate US accounting records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key Software QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Dental Practice Management Systems.

Accounting & Compliance Knowledge

US GAAP, Dental Practice Accounting, Healthcare Accounting, General Ledger, AP, AR, Patient Revenue, Insurance Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliation, Month-End Close, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Financial Reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field.
- CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong US Accounting and US GAAP knowledge.
- Dental/Healthcare Accounting experience preferred.
- Robust reconciliation and month-end close experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Sector 90, Noida.
