We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated SST Teacher who can effectively teach Social Studies/Social Science and create an engaging learning environment for students. The candidate should have subject knowledge and good classroom management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging SST/Social Science lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Teach subjects/topics including History, Geography, Civics/Political Science, and Economics as applicable to the assigned classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
- Explain concepts clearly using examples, maps, charts, discussions, and other teaching aids.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, general awareness, and an understanding of society and current affairs.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate students' work and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide additional support and guidance to students who require extra attention.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.
- Participate in school activities, assemblies, educational events, projects, and field trips when required.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress and behaviour when required.




- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management.
- Complete all academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Principal/Management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- B.Ed. / equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of History, Geography, Civics, and related Social Science topics.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Punjabi will be an advantage.
- Previous school teaching experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good teaching ability may also apply.
