We are seeking Sr Senior Structural Design Coordinator for one of the fastest growing multi-chain hospitals based in Hyderabad

Job Summary: The Senior Structural Design Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the structural design process for hospital projects in India, from concept through construction. The role involves technical leadership, interdisciplinary coordination, and ensuring that all structural designs comply with Indian and international codes, hospital-specific requirements, and project specifications. The candidate must be an expert user of structural analysis software, including ETABS and STAAD.Pro.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential; a Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and analysis, with a focus on building projects.



Prior experience with healthcare or hospital projects in India is highly desirable

Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in structural analysis and design software including ETABS and STAAD.Pro. Familiarity with other related software like PROTECTED and AutoCAD is a plus

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian and international design codes including seismic and wind load provisions.

Coordination Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
