Data Scientist / ML Engineer who enjoys going beyond experimentation and building AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Scientist to design, scale, and productionise models that redefine the conference experience for thousands of global attendees and exhibitors inshort you’ll work on exciting problems across Machine Learning, Recommendation Systems, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI, Web Intelligence, and MLOps.

? Gurgaon | Hybrid – 2 days/week in office

? Experience: 5+ years

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- Solid experience developing and evaluating machine learning models.
- Experience with one or more ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Practical experience with LLMs / Generative AI and an understanding of how they can be applied to real-world business problems.
- Experience with web scraping, data extraction, or data enrichment.
- Exposure to MLOps, ML pipelines, model monitoring, or production ML systems.
- Experience working with large-scale data using Spark, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.

? Education:

- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics,



Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

- Data & Cloud: Big Data tools (Spark/Hadoop), Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Web Scraping: BeautifulSoup, Scrapy
- Next-Gen Productivity: Claude-code, GitHub Copilot (We champion GenAI-driven efficiency!)
