Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive – Interior Designer to manage client interactions, understand project requirements, prepare design concepts, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail interiors, commercial interiors, modular furniture, or fit-out projects with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their interior design requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare concept layouts, mood boards, and space planning.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D designs using design software.
- Present design proposals, material selections, and quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with the estimation, production, and execution teams.
- Generate new business through client meetings, references, and networking.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure timely project handover and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Prepare weekly sales reports and update the CRM system.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market developments.

Required Skills

- Robust sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client presentation and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and retail fit-outs.
- Basic understanding of BOQ, costing, and project estimation.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in interior design sales, retail interiors, modular furniture, or commercial fit-out projects.
