"Role: Retainer"

We are seeking a proactive, high energy Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end to end recruitment for Automotive Engineering Services. This role demands expertise in sourcing niche engineering talent, stakeholder engagement and driving hiring cycles in a fastpaced, technology driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End to End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluation, coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

2. Talent Sourcing & Market Research

- Identify and attract top engineering talent using job portals, social networks, professional groups, Boolean search and referrals.
- Track market trends in Automotive Engineering to support hiring strategies.

3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, project needs and candidate expectations.
- Provide regular updates,



insights and recommendations on hiring progress.

4. Candidate Assessment

- Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate cultural fit, technical relevance, communication, notice period and compensation.
- Coordinate technical evaluations with internal SMEs.

5. Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, tracking sheets and candidate databases.
- Ensure adherence to internal hiring processes, documentation and compliance standards.

Technical Hiring Expertise (Must Have) Robust recruitment experience in Automotive Engineering domains including:

CAD

- CATIA, UG/NX, Creo, SolidWorks
- Plastics, Sheet Metal, Interiors/Exteriors, BIW

CAE

- Structural, Crash, NVH, Durability, CFD
- Tools: ANSA, HyperMesh, LS-Dyna, Abaqus, Nastran

Wiring Harness

- Routing, Packaging, Schematic Design
- Tools: Capital, Zuken E3, Catia-Harness
