Presales Executive –

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month (Fixed)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated, articulate Presales Executive with 1–4 years of experience in real estate presales or sales support—preferably in premium residential projects by developers like Lodha, Gera, Godrej, Majestic, Kohinoor, Mahindra. You will serve as the critical early touchpoint for high-intent clients, conducting lead qualification via inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins, understanding their requirements, and coordinating site visits with precision..

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls
- Present project overviews tailored to client needs
- Schedule visits and maintain CRM data accurately
- Provide timely follow-up and marketing support to drive conversions

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
