Job Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities.

- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads.

- Explain course features, fees, batches, and placement assistance.

- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.

- Follow up with prospective students using CRM, calls, and messages.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.

- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for student onboarding.





- Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, customer service, or telecalling.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counselling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
