Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Food

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Italian dishes like pasta, pizza, risotto, lasagna, soups, and salads
- Handle complete breakfast section including Indian & Continental breakfast items
- Ensure food taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation as per restaurant standards
- Manage kitchen preparation, mise-en-place, and timely service during breakfast hours
- Maintain proper stock and daily kitchen requirements
- Control food wastage and maintain cost efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen team and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Italian Chef / Breakfast Chef in hotel or restaurant
- Commidate must have prior experience with reputed brands such as Paul, Fio, or similar chains
- Good knowledge of Italian sauces, pizza base preparation, and pasta making
- Experience in buffet breakfast setup is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage peak breakfast hours
- Must maintain hygiene and discipline in kitchen
