- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Source products/materials based on company requirements and customer demand.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Monitor product quality, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing vendors and identify new sources.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, sales, and management teams for smooth procurement.
- Maintain vendor databases, quotations, invoices, and other purchase documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
