:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and strengthening the Company's Finance & Accounts function at both corporate and project levels.

The role involves ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, effective cash-flow management, project cost control, statutory compliance and reporting.

The candidate will work closely with Senior Management, Project Teams, Procurement, HR & Administration, Banks, Auditors, Consultants, Vendors and Statutory Authorities.

Role & responsibilities

- Overall management of Finance & Accounts activities at corporate and project levels.
- Supervision & Compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, FEMA and other statutory requirements.
- Finalisation of accounts, audit, (Tax & Statutory) in time.
- Coordination with banks, auditors, consultants, statutory authorities and management.
- Management of accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments and banking transactions.
- Monitoring of working capital, project expenses and cost controls.
- Preparation and review of MIS, budgets and management reports.




- Monitoring of project-wise costing, cash flow, fund requirements and financial performance.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)/CA Inter

Skill & Experience Required 10-12+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Engineering / EPC / Infrastructure / Power / Environmental Engineering / Project-based organizations.

- Solid working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Working experience with ERP systems / accounting software will be an advantage.
- Compliance of Foreign transaction and its reporting to Statutory Authority RB I/ Income tax / Company.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, MIS and financial analysis.
