Job Summary:

Responsible for developing creative visual concepts and high-quality designs for advertising campaigns, branding, digital media, social media, print, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for advertising campaigns.

- Design social media creatives, digital ads, banners, brochures, posters, hoardings, and marketing collaterals.

- Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Marketing, and Account teams.

- Create campaign key visuals and maintain consistent brand identity.

- Develop designs for print, digital, outdoor, and online advertising platforms.

- Retouch and manipulate images as required.

- Prepare artwork according to printing and digital specifications.

- Present creative concepts and design options to clients/internal teams.

- Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.

- Review and improve creative work based on feedback.

- Guide and mentor junior graphic designers.

- Stay updated with current advertising, branding, design, and social media trends.

Skills Required:

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition,



and branding.

- Excellent creative and conceptualization skills.

- Knowledge of digital advertising formats and social media design.

- Strong image editing and photo-retouching skills.

- Good understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.

- Excellent attention to detail and time management.

- Solid communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in graphic design/advertising.

- Strong portfolio showcasing advertising and campaign design work required.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in advertising agencies, creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, media companies, or branding studios.

- Experience handling 360° advertising campaigns, brand identity, digital campaigns, and outdoor advertising is an added advantage.

- Experience managing client-based projects and creative teams preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
