Role Description The Sr. Executive – V&A; Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for delivering training programs focused on valuation and analytics processes within CorroHealth’s revenue cycle solutions. This role involves designing and updating training materials, conducting classroom and one-on-one training sessions, and supporting new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development.

The trainer will collaborate with operations, quality, and analytics teams to identify learning needs, develop curricula,



and ensure that training content aligns with business goals and compliance requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring trainee performance, providing feedback and coaching, maintaining training documentation, and working with leadership to continuously improve training effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, classroom delivery, and coaching.
- Experience with valuation, analytics, or revenue cycle processes in healthcare or a similar data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and learning platforms, such as PowerPoint, LMS systems, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and tailor training to operational needs.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and documentation standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, process-oriented setting; prior exposure to clinical or healthcare analytics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Healthcare, Business, Education, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
