We are seeking an Executive - Accounts with experience in import-related accounting and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting activities, monitoring IDMS/EDPMS modules on bank portals, processing import data, matching remittances with shipping documents, following up with authorized dealer banks, maintaining ledger accounts, and recording landed cost entries in Tally/SAP. The role also includes end-to-end accounting and processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, journal vouchers, and other accounting entries.

- Monitor and process transactions through IDMS and EDPMS portals.
- Match outward/inward remittances with shipping bills and bills of entry.
- Follow up with authorized dealer banks to close pending entries.
- Maintain vendor ledger accounts and process vendor payments.
- Verify import bills and documents and record landed cost entries in Tally/SAP.




- Handle end-to-end accounting, including purchase and sales invoices and JV entries.

- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, preferably in import/export or international trade.
- Hands-on experience with IDMS/EDPMS and import documentation.
- Proficiency in Tally and/or SAP.
- Valuable knowledge of ledger reconciliation, banking processes, and accounting entries.
