Supervise implementation of Internal Planning, Project Management, Quality & Business Excellence systems & controls across Brigade Group (Brigade) to enable seamless collaboration across Functions / Stakeholders and drive scalable Organizational growth

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for Planning and Project controls of Mega EPC Projects. Preparation of Project Baseline Schedule with cost loading to be developed with listing of Major Milestones. Preparation of Cash flows, project budgetary allocations, resource mobilization plans and inputs for Business plan.

Pre-construction Tendering Schedule/ Vendors on-Board schedule to be developed and monitored as per the Baseline Schedule. Analyzing & preparation of actual progress Vs baseline plan.



Productivity analysis has to be carried out to identify the potential risk due to lower output and also devise mitigate plans.

Preparation of drawing control log/drawing tracker/RFI Tracker/procurement tracker. Should lead the planning function effectively across the multiple projects & verticals. Should be able to generate multiple reports for management across different departments.
