Good Enough Energy Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Sr. Client Solution Associate – Pre-Sales / Inside Sales to join our growing team in Greater Noida.

? Experience: 2–3 Years

? Location: Greater Noida

? Industry: BESS / Renewable Energy / Electrical Equipment

? Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and manage B2B leads
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Guide and monitor the pre-sales team
- Track lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Manage customer communication and requirements
- Coordinate with Sales & Technical teams for suitable solutions
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports
- Analyze lead data and identify business opportunities

Required Skills

✅ B2B Inside Sales / Pre-Sales experience





✅ Robust communication & customer engagement skills

✅ Good analytical and team management abilities

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any relevant field

✅ Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, SAP, Power BI or similar tools is preferred

✅ Electrical/Energy background will be an advantage
