We're looking for a dedicated candidate who can primarily work on our existing Product Customer account for Professional Services.

Looking for strong experience in managing B2B existing customer accounts for US Market, building long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

- Good at Cold calling
- Good understanding of SAAS Products.
- Experience in Account Management
- Good Experience in Cross Selling & Up Selling
- Excellent experience in IT Services Sales
- Valuable at Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Excellent Client Retention skills
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Focus on Customer Success
- Good Problem-solving skills.
- Good working experience in US Market.
