Sales Executive – L&T; Komatsu Construction Equipment

Location:

Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Near Bombay Hospital)

Construction & Mining Equipment – Premium Segment

Division:

L&T; Komatsu Construction Machinery

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell L&T; Komatsu machinery (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.)

- Identify prospective clients and conduct product presentations and demonstrations

- Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, and consultants

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the management team

- Collaborate with technical/service teams to ensure post-sales support and customer satisfaction





- Maintain records of sales leads, client interactions, and deal closures

Candidate Profile:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B/capital equipment sales

- Preferably from companies like JCB, Tata Hitachi, SANY, Komatsu India, Caterpillar, Mahindra CE, Hyundai CE, etc.

- Robust network in Indore and nearby industrial regions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory

Qualifications:

- Graduate (Engineering or Business background preferred)

- Knowledge of the local construction and mining equipment market is an added advantage
