Job Description:

We are hiring a Tele Banker in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Tele Banker

Location: RTO Circle, Wadaj, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Qualification: Graduation is a must

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Assist customers with banking queries and account-related services.

- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

- Maintain customer records and update necessary information.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Follow banking policies and compliance guidelines.

- Work towards achieving customer service targets and KPIs.

Skills Required:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
