- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

- Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise shop floor manpower and machine allocation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards on the production floor.
- Monitor sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and welding.
- Reduce rejection rates and optimize material utilization.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime
