Job Title: Purchase Manager

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain
Location: Sector 26, Gandhinagar
Reports To: Head of Operations / Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts for pricing, terms, and delivery.

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

- Collaborate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to meet procurement needs.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.

- Evaluate and improve purchasing systems, processes, and procedures.

- Stay updated on market trends,



pricing, and industry best practices.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement compliance standards.

- Report key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role.

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).

- Robust understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
