Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Accountant in Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Graduation / Inter CA
Experience: 4 to 5 years in the same field
Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management:

- Entry of purchase and expense invoices.
- Verification of purchase invoices against Purchase Orders (P.O.) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

- Financial Entries:

- Prepare and post year-end closing entries and adjustment entries, including GST, TDS, depreciation, fixed deposits, prepaid expenses, outstanding expenses, provisions, and capital gain/loss entries.

- GST and Tax Compliance:

- Monthly data preparation for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).
- Yearly GST filings (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C).




- Manage TDS payments and file quarterly TDS returns.

- Statutory and Tax Work:

- Assist in statutory audits, income tax return preparations, tax audit workings, advance tax calculations, and 26AS reconciliations.

- Personal Accounts:

- Handle personal accounts and related financial tasks.

- Coordination:

- Coordinate with consultants for audits, tax filings, and compliance.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting and financial software.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
- Expertise in preparing and reconciling financial statements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
