- Design and implement robust IAM solutions for secure user access across digital platforms
- Develop and enforce IAM policies and champion their adoption
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems
- Support risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities and continuous improvements for IAM systems
