Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, tax filings, and financial reporting. The candidate will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, maintain ledger integrity, and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Oversee day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, and Journal vouchers) in Tally Prime / ERP software.
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage GST computations, filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS deductions, quarterly returns (26Q, 24Q), and professional tax compliances.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations (BRS), vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer balance confirmations.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheet schedules, cash flow statements, and management MIS reports.
- Audit Coordination: Support internal and statutory auditors with required schedules, supporting documents,



and compliance data.
- Payroll & Invoicing: Coordinate monthly payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and ensure proper e-invoicing and e-way bill generation.
- Team Supervision: Guide and review the daily work of junior accountants and data entry staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Inter CA, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–6 years of core accounting and compliance experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP 9 and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
- Tax Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Indian GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and good verbal/written communication.
