Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, reconciliations, taxation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and ERP/accounting software, with the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Process vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments




- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and taxation
- Experience with GST filing, TDS deduction, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance/Inter CA

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiner or available within 15 days
- Valuable understanding of compliance and audit processes

Salary

- As per industry standards and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
