Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

- Handle client billing and invoicing.

- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

- Track client outstanding and prepare ageing reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, PF and ESI-related accounting and compliance.

- Manage monthly payroll and salary calculations.

- Perform bank, client and vendor reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.

- Verify invoices, expenses, deductions and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with CA, auditors, clients, vendors and internal teams.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

- Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory activities.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com preferred.

- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.





- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and payroll.

- Robust understanding of billing, reconciliation and outstanding management.

- Experience in Security, Facility Management or Manpower Service industry will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
