Responsible for coaching and mentoring student-athletes in a specific sport, focusing on developing their athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Plans and delivers engaging practice sessions, drills, and competitive strategies tailored to the sport, while promoting physical fitness, discipline, and personal growth.

Encourages a positive, inclusive team setting and supports students in balancing academics and athletics. Monitors athletes progress, provides constructive feedback and helps them improve both technically and mentally. Organizes and oversees school sports events, competitions, and tournaments, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
