Job Summary

We are looking for a Sports Academy Manager to manage academy operations, drive admissions and revenue growth, lead the coaching team, and ensure excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
- Manage day-to-day academy operations and scheduled at-home sessions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor sports coaches.
- Ensure quality coaching tailored to each child's abilities and needs.
- Manage parent relationships, feedback, and student retention.
- Develop partnerships with schools, corporates, healthcare professionals, and communities.
- Plan and execute sports events, workshops,



and awareness programs.
- Track city performance, admissions, revenue, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with HR, Sales, Operations, and Management teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, sales, business development, sports, or academy management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Target-oriented with valuable problem-solving and analytical abilities.
