Conceptualize, design, and develop automation solutions for automotive parts and systems integrating automation technology to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency.

-Calculation for Motor, gearbox selection, bearing, load calculations, torque calculations

- Create detailed 2D/3D designs, models, and prototypes using CAD software, ensuring compliance with

industry standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and testing to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and

optimize performance.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to oversee the production process, providing technical

support, and ensuring design integrity during manufacturing. Must know selection of servo motors, gearbox,



pneumatic valves and fitting, bearing selection , SPM, Gantry, Conveyor AUTO CAD,3D Modeling ,detailing, Solid works/Solid edge .Automation industry experience will be preferred, Should have knowledge of material selection and costing. Experience in SPM design, Conveyor's, Fixtures, Gantry, Robotic cell. SPM, Gantry, Conveyor
