About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and skilled Speech Therapists to join our clinical team across Pune, Mumbai, and Gurgaon. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy to children and adults.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and track patient progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
- Counsel and guide parents/caregivers regarding therapy and home-based activities.
- Coordinate with audiologists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a patient-centric and professional clinical experience.





Requirements
- BASLP / MASLP / relevant qualification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good clinical knowledge and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
