We are looking for a well-experienced recruiter, preferably a Diversity Candidate (Women) who has: 6+ years of strong experience with a reputed Recruitment Firm / Executive Search Firm (e.g., ABC Consultants, Randstad, Michael Page, Korn Ferry, Adecco, Manpower, CIEL, etc.)

Proven track record in Non-IT / Leadership / Niche hiring.



Well experienced in Head Hunting and hands on experience working on MS Excel.

Someone who is now looking to transition from Agency to a Corporate / Industry-based role

Strong stakeholder management, sourcing & negotiation skills

MBA / Graduate in any discipline

Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs & drive hiring strategy. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer .Build solid talent pipelines & bring best-in-class practices from your agency experience Work on Employer Branding & Diversity Hiring initiatives .
