We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate should have a few years of experience in customer service, particularly in handling customer phone calls and assisting customers with their questions and needs. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Job Duties

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally.
- Schedule and book appointments for patients.
- Answer patients’ questions related to their accounts.
- Contact patients to schedule pending treatments and follow up as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a qualified and friendly attitude.
- Accurately document customer and patient interactions.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- A few years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
- Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus,



but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with patients.
- Willingness to commit to working with the company for a minimum of 3 years.

Compensation Starting salary: Rs. 40,000–60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
