POSITION: SOUTH INDIAN COOK – COMMIS 1 & COMMIS 2

Location: Ahmedabad

REQUIREMENTS & ROLES:

COMMIS 1

- Valuable knowledge of South Indian cuisine
- Able to handle Live Kitchen independently
- Must know vegetable cutting & basic preparation
- Knowledge of Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Chutney & other South Indian items
- Maintain food quality, hygiene & presentation
- Able to manage kitchen work during busy hours
- COMMIS 2
- Basic knowledge of South Indian cooking
- Good knowledge of vegetable cutting & mise-en-place
- Assist Commis 1 / Chef in live kitchen operations
- Help in preparation, cooking & plating
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen

Salary: As per experience & skill Food & Accommodation: Available as per company policy
