ROLE OVERVIEW

Roswalt Realty is looking for a confident, well-networked, and highly presentable Sourcing Manager for its Signature Segment upcoming luxury project in Worli. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the South Mumbai real estate market, with an excellent Channel Partner network and experience in handling ultra-luxury residential portfolios.

This role requires a candidate who understands premium clientele, luxury inventory, high-ticket residential sales, and has the ability to generate quality walk-ins through strong CP relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, activate, and manage a strong Channel Partner network for luxury real estate sourcing.

— Generate qualified leads and site visits for high-ticket luxury residential inventory.

— Maintain strong relationships with top-performing CPs, brokers, wealth managers, and luxury property consultants.

— Drive sourcing for premium clientele from South Mumbai and other luxury buyer markets.

— Conduct regular CP meetings, project briefings, presentations, and market visits.

— Ensure consistent follow-ups with CPs for lead generation and site visit conversions.

— Coordinate with the closing team for client handover, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

— Track daily sourcing activities, CP productivity, lead status, and walk-in performance.

— Maintain market intelligence on luxury projects, pricing, competitors, and buyer trends.

— Represent the brand professionally while dealing with high-end channel partners and clients.





— The candidate will be required to prepare and share weekly and monthly reports as per management requirements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

— Strong experience in luxury real estate sourcing / channel sales.

— Must have handled luxury portfolios with ticket sizes of approximately 22 Cr – 30 Cr.

— Strong Channel Partner base and active contacts in South Mumbai.

— Candidate should preferably be from South Mumbai or must have strong working knowledge and exposure to the South Mumbai market.

— Must be familiar with premium micro-markets such as South Mumbai, Worli, Mahalaxmi, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Bandra, Juhu, and Versova.

— Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

— Confident, polished, well-groomed, and professional personality.

— Ability to deal with HNI / UHNI clients and luxury property consultants.

— Target-oriented, aggressive, and self-driven approach.

— Developer lobby / luxury real estate background will be preferred.
